Wooden Coat Rack – A Flat Board on the Wall Until You Need It
A solid wood coat rack with hooks that pivot on magnets: fold them out to hang something, then press them flat against the board again. Available with three to ten hooks, in a width of twenty centimeters. Available in walnut, natural, and black.
Why choose a coat rack with magnetic hooks?
A regular coat rack sticks out all summer in a narrow hallway, with or without coats. These hooks fold in until they lie flat, so the board becomes nothing more than a strip of wood on the wall. When guests arrive, you can fold out four extra hooks in one movement.
- Folding hooks — magnets hold the hooks flat against the board when nothing is hanging from them.
- Solid wood — a board with visible grain instead of a lacquered plastic strip.
- Three to ten hooks — from a small panel beside the door to a 65.5-centimeter row.
- Low-profile design — twenty centimeters high and flush against the wall, even in a narrow hallway.
- Keyhole mounting — two screws in the wall and the board drops into place.
A hallway that looks empty, even when all eight hooks are in use.
The board is twenty centimeters wide and ranges in length from 28.8 centimeters with four hooks to 65.5 centimeters with ten. Hang it at a height that keeps a long coat off the floor. Drill the two keyholes level beforehand, and the board will hang straight immediately.
