Return policy
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of the product.
- If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier company.
If the received goods are damaged or defective for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we believe our products are of the highest quality and will exceed your expectations.
Return procedure
- Return request: Please contact contact us first via info@vestragear.com to submit a return request. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
- Return instructions: Follow the instructions you receive after your return request is approved.
- Return shipment: Return the product according to the instructions received. Make sure it is well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
- Approval: We will notify you once your return has been processed and whether your refund has been approved.
- Processing time: If approved, you will receive your refund automatically via your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Bank processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
- Need help? If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, then contact contact us via info@vestragear.com.
Return costs
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Orders are shipped from Asia to the consumer, and the consumer is also responsible for the return shipment to our central warehouse in Asia. Return costs usually range from €20 to €40 per return depending on the package size.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damage & Problems
Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and offer the best possible solution.
For hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened, unused, and sealed:

Underwear (such as briefs, boxers, etc.)

Items that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons
We reserve the right to refuse returned hygienic products if the seal is broken or the item has been used.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Items not eligible for full return

Free/promotional items: Free or promotional items are not eligible for refunds. If the return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive store credit instead.
