Order Processing Time
After placing your order, we apply a processing time of 1-2 days to carefully pack your items and prepare them for shipment. We make sure your items arrive in the best possible condition.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Netherlands 5-8 business days
- Belgium: 5-8 business days
- Spain: 5-8 business days
- Italy: 5-8 business days
- France: 5-8 business days

- Shipping methods: Depending on the country, packages are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can track your package. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options to ensure flexibility:

Defective or Wrong Product?
We understand how frustrating it can be if your product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will send you one replacement package free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on the first replacement. If the replacement product is also defective, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Lost or Returned Package?
In the rare event that your package is lost or not delivered due to a logistics issue, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or return.
Not Home at Delivery & Pickup at the Post Office
If your package is delivered to your home or a post office and is not accepted or picked up, VestraGear has already incurred the delivery costs. If the package is returned to the supplier, we reserve the right to withhold €15 from the refundable amount.
Order Cancellations
To ensure fast processing, all orders are immediately entered into our fulfillment system. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
