Acrylic Window Suncatcher – Color on the Floor When the Sun Shines
A stained-glass-style panel that you hang in front of a window with a chain. It is made of acrylic instead of glass, so it is lightweight and will not break if it falls. As soon as sunlight shines on it, the design appears in color on the floor or wall.
Why choose an acrylic window suncatcher?
Real stained glass is heavy, fragile, and rarely affordable. Acrylic creates the same play of colors at a fraction of the weight and can be hung from a window hook without worry. At a south-facing window, the pattern moves along with the sunlight throughout the day.
- Acrylic with color printing — the design stays bright and does not warp.
- Approximately 0.5 cm thick — sturdy enough to hang flat without bulging.
- Chain and window hook — 60 cm metal chain with a hook, so it is ready to hang.
- For indoor and outdoor use — can also be hung on a garden fence or under a canopy.
- Multiple designs — from birds and a butterfly to blossoms and peonies.
A window that gives something back to the room with every ray of sunlight.
Hang the panel on the sunny side, because without direct light the effect will not appear. Attach the hook to the window frame with a suction cup or a small screw; choose a spot where the panel can hang freely. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth, without abrasive cleaner or rubbing alcohol.
