Balcony screen - closed railing, no view through, without drilling a hole
A continuous panel that you tie to the railing of your balcony or terrace with cords, closing off the view through the lower section. It also catches low-lying sunlight and keeps some of the rain away from your furniture. Choose from six sizes: 0.75 or 0.9 metres high, in lengths of 2, 3, or 5 metres.
Why choose a balcony screen?
Most railings consist of open bars, and at eye level everyone can look straight through them. A solid panel on the inside removes the view through without turning the balcony into a closed box. It is attached with cords, so you do not need to drill and nothing about the structure is changed.
- Installs without drilling: tie the screen in place with the included cords and remove it again in just a few minutes.
- Edge that absorbs tension: metal rings are set into a reinforced hem all around, suitable for common railing profiles.
- Water-repellent finish: rain runs off the surface instead of soaking into the fabric.
- Calmer light on the floor: the dense weave breaks up the low sun that would otherwise shine across the floor.
- More privacy on the balcony: a continuous panel along the railing keeps your seating area out of sight from the street.

Thread the cords through every ring, not just a few, otherwise the middle will billow outward in the wind. First measure the length of your railing and choose a size that extends past the corner posts. At the end of the season, roll the screen up lengthwise and store it flat in the shed.
