Washable Doormat – Simply Put It in the Machine When It Gets Dirty
A doormat with a soft surface and a rubber non-slip backing that you can put in the washing machine. It traps moisture and street dirt by the door instead of letting them into the hallway. Available in 40 × 60 and 50 × 80 cm.
Why Choose a Washable Doormat?
Most doormats look worn after just one wet winter, and shaking them out does nothing to change that. A mat that can go in the washing machine comes out looking like new every time. The rubber backing stays intact, so it still will not slide around after washing.
- Machine washable — at 30 degrees, without the backing coming loose.
- Non-slip rubber — stays in place on tile, wood, and concrete.
- Soft surface — comfortable under bare feet, even in a bathroom or hallway.
- Absorbs moisture — wet shoes leave their water by the door.
- Two sizes — 40 × 60 cm for a single door, 50 × 80 cm for a wide entrance.
The mat that will still look like a mat a year from now.
Wash it at 30 degrees without fabric softener, as this coats the fibers and reduces absorbency. Leave it flat to dry; a dryer can damage the rubber. On a smooth floor, the backing grips best when the floor is free of dust.
