Travertine pendant light - a small stone dome for warm light above the table
This pendant light features a compact dome made of yellow travertine with a matte, natural texture, finished with glass and wood. It works above a dining table, kitchen island, or in a reading nook, on its own or grouped with a few others.
Why choose this travertine pendant light?
The dome shape directs the light downward, exactly where you need it. The stone is hard and retains its shape, and its natural pattern means every shade looks slightly different.
- Travertine dome: genuine stone with subtle variations in color and texture.
- Wabi-sabi shape: a simple retro form that highlights the unique character of the stone.
- Earthy finish: beige stone with walnut or natural wood complements a calm color palette.
- Downward light: a focused, soft pool of light on the table, countertop, or reading chair.
- Compact size: small enough to hang several together without making the ceiling look crowded.
Three in a row above a kitchen island create a calm line that still stands out.
One light works well above a small bistro table or beside the bed instead of a table lamp. Above a longer table, hang two or three at the same height. Choose a warm G9 bulb to bring out the honey tones of the stone.
