Arc light that turns on before you have to search for the switch
A curved light bar that you hang wherever it is dark: in the hallway, under a kitchen cabinet or along the stairs. It responds to movement and switches off again after twenty seconds of silence. No cords are needed.
Why choose this arc light?
The lamp does its job without you having to think about it. You walk past, the light comes on, and then it goes dark again. If you do want to control it yourself, the remote is ready.
- Turns on with movement: the sensor detects even the slightest movement and dims after twenty seconds of stillness.
- Remote control: use the included remote to switch and dim the lamp from the sofa or bed.
- Warm, neutral or cool: three light colours, so the light suits the room and the time of day.
- Magnet or adhesive pad: both are included; the lamp clicks into place and comes off just as easily.
- Twelve hours per charge: charge it separately from the holder, then hang it back up for a while.
It takes an afternoon to install, and after that you only notice it when the light comes on.
Under a wall cabinet, the arc casts a strip of light across the worktop; in the hallway, it marks the route to the bedroom. Its flat shape keeps it unobtrusive when the light is off. Take it off the holder and you have a handheld lamp for the meter cupboard or the boot.
