Fabric pendant light - softly filtered light beneath a shade with its own calm shape

This pendant light has a handmade silk shade that softens the light and casts a warm glow. It works well above a dining table, in a sitting area, or over a bar where you want ambiance rather than task lighting.

Why choose a fabric pendant light?

Fabric does something with light that glass and metal can't: it makes it softer. The shape is inspired by wabi-sabi, the Japanese appreciation of simplicity and small imperfections. Each piece is handmade.

Handcrafted - the shade is shaped by hand, so no two are exactly alike
Soft light - the silk filters the light into a warm glow
Adjustable cable - the suspension can be shortened or lengthened up to 100 cm
Three diameters - Ø 30 cm for a corner or hallway, Ø 40 or 50 cm above a table
Simple shape - no frills or embellishments, just character

Gentle light, with just enough individuality to stand out.

Two smaller shades work well side by side above a long table. The combination of silk and metal suits both a light Scandinavian interior and a warmer, more natural one.
