Tree-Shaped Mood Lamp for Those Who Prefer Not to Switch on a Bright Ceiling Light
Its shape is modeled on a birch tree: a pale trunk with slender branches spreading in every direction. It has 144 small lights that create a warm glow. It runs on batteries, so you can place it wherever you like.
Why choose this mood lamp?
By day, it’s an object on a cabinet; by night, a gentle light source. You can shape the branches by hand, and they stay where you position them. The base is wide enough to keep the tree stable.
- One hundred and forty-four lights: The light comes from lots of small points rather than a single bulb, creating soft shadows.
- Warm light tone: Warm white light that pairs well with wood, woven fabrics, and other warm materials.
- Branches in any position: The copper-wire core holds its shape after you bend it.
- No cable needed: Three AA batteries in the base keep it completely cordless.
- Stable base: The base keeps the 55 cm tree upright, even when you arrange the branches asymmetrically.
It gives an empty corner of the room a focal point in the evening.
On a bedside table, it gives you enough light to make out the room without switching on the main light. In the living room, it works beside an armchair or on a side table, preferably somewhere out of the way. Bend the branches toward the wall if you want the light to bounce back into the room rather than shine straight into it.
